NATIONAL PERFORMANCE

REZA CASEIRA - Wellington Gadelha e Edivaldo Batista (Fortaleza/CE)

This is a work by artists (creators and performers) Wellington Gadelha and Edivaldo Batista who delve into the universe of prayer as a techno-ancestral scenic activator. In the proposal, performative paths focused on the live experimentation of blessings, requests, and curses create a spatiality in which the imagery, the sound, and the body coexist. The work is an intersection between the traditional and the contemporary – a danced prayer that integrates scenarios, trajectories, elements, and narratives in the construction of a sensorial and immersive scene for the spectator’s enjoyment of prayer.
