Bubbles, bubbles…!
Becoming aware of Mother Earth and seeking other ways of life that lead to a “happy sobriety”. It is in the story of the hummingbird that he draws inspiration. It is said that the hummingbird, a tiny and fragile bird, seeks to overcome each of life’s obstacles and always does its part for the society in which it lives. An evocative, abstract and poetic choreography, in which rituals, spirituality and the reconstruction of the human being appear. Moving from one space to another, the dance reveals the intentions of Abdoulaye Trésor Konaté in dialogue with the audience.

Abdoulaye Trésor Konaté
Abdoulaye Trésor Konaté is a French-Ivorian dancer and choreographer, artistic director of ATeKa Compagnie. Created in 2015, based in Strasbourg (France), the company is supported by the Centre de Développement Chorégraphique National Pôle Sud in Strasbourg. His contemporary choreographic approach and writing imbued with African spiritualities, nourished by a humanist sensibility and respect for human dignity and sacred rights, develops alongside original creations of current soundtracks.
