WORKSHOP PERFORMANCE
BANANADA - Marcelo Evelin/Demolition Incorporada (Teresina/PI)
BANANADA is a physical and sound choreographic object created for/with 24 body artists. It is situated between installation and performance, continuing a research carried out by the Demolition Incorporada platform around other scenic devices and other conditions of performativity, inviting the spectator to a situation of subjective and participatory horizontality. It happens as a collective rite and a common experience, with the body acting as intervener and devourer, a source of actions that infer meaning to a condition of possibility and the place of their disposal. It will be processed in cumulative stages, research phases with public presentations until reaching its definitive structure. For the Festival de Itacaré, we propose one of the 3 actions planned for the project, involving voice and movement, narrative and choreography, as a practice of performative creation to be shared with the participants and the public.
